Matthew T. Morrison is the Managing Partner of The MTM Law Firm PLLC and team lead for the firm’s probate department and case management operations. From the firm’s Lakeland office, Matthew guides families and individuals across Florida through some of the most challenging legal processes they will ever face, including probate administration, estate planning, estate litigation, real estate litigation, and trust administration.

Education and Credentials

Matthew earned his Juris Doctor from Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, where he developed a strong foundation in property, trusts, and estate law. Before law school, he completed his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at the University of Central Florida, giving him a well-rounded understanding of Florida’s legal system from multiple perspectives. He was admitted to The Florida Bar on December 21, 2017 (FL Bar No. 1005203) and is an active member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section.
