Welcome to the website of The MTM Law Firm PLLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website at www.mtmprobate.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

Use of this website, including sending us an email, filling out a consultation request form, or calling our office, does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and The MTM Law Firm PLLC. An attorney-client relationship can only be established through a written engagement agreement signed by both you and our firm.

Do not send us confidential or sensitive information until an attorney-client relationship has been formally established. Any information you send before that point is not protected by attorney-client privilege.

Once an attorney-client relationship is established, client information is received and managed through Clio, an encrypted, cloud-based legal practice management platform. All data transmitted through Clio is protected using bank-level encryption (AES-256) in transit and at rest.
